Getting started

Welcome to Israel

A short, practical welcome for your first days working with Phantom.

Arriving in a new country to work is a big step. This page explains what to expect and how Phantom supports you, so you can settle in with less stress.

What Phantom helps you with when you arrive

  • Being met by a Phantom representative at the airport.
  • First steps in Israel: bank account, Israeli SIM card, medical insurance and a Rav-Kav travel card.
  • Getting to your accommodation and understanding your work environment.
  • A field team contact who speaks your language.

Keep these close

Save your Phantom field contact in your phone. Keep your documents in a safe place. If anything is unclear, ask — that is what your contact is there for.

Phantom never charges workers recruitment, placement or visa fees. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in Phantom’s name, contact us directly.
